I provide a safe space for teens and adults to process their emotions and create behavioral changes.
A little about me.
I believe that we all have the tools within ourselves to create the changes that we want to see in our lives.
Sometimes in life, we realize that the way that we have been doing things is no longer working for us. Maybe we feel stuck, and feel unsure of how to get unstuck. This is where I come in, to help you identify the patterns and behaviors in your life that are no longer working for you, and help you find ways to create changes so that you can move forward. I am passionate about helping you find tools that work for you, while standing alongside you to listen and support along the way.
I received my PsyD from Pacific University in August 2022 and gained expertise working with teens and adults. Prior to earning my doctorate, I earned my terminal Master's degree from Pacific University in Applied Psychological Science in 2018. My training has primarily focused on helping teens and adults who experience concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and identity development.
In my free time I like to spend time with friends and family, hike, and explore new places to explore around Portland.
