I believe that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all experience.
My style is a collaborative, individualized approach to help you feel more empowered in your life and to help you gain insight into patterns of behavior that may not be serving you or holding you back. I believe that anyone can benefit from therapy, whether you are looking to work on a specific problem or wanting to generally explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to become more effective and in control of your life.
I can help you create self-awareness and give you specific tools and techniques to make the changes that you are seeking in your life.
I am currently a doctoral candidate at Pacific University, and I am studying to become a Doctor of Clinical Psychology (PsyD). I also have a master’s degree in Applied Psychological Science, and a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies. In my free time I like to go hiking, watch movies, and spend time with my loved ones.
