Group Therapy

We provide group therapy for many different topics through out the year. Group therapy is an awesome opportunity for you to meet with other people who want to work through a specific topic or theme together. One of the benefits of that is that you not only get the benefits of working with a therapist, but you get the opportunity to learn from and learn with other people who are going through what you are.

Group therapy also allows for you to grow in a specific area for a specific period of time. Most of our groups run for 8-12 weeks. An additional benefit is that Group therapy usually is less expensive than individual therapy.
