Identify the root cause of emotional eating for coping.

- Learn new coping skills and reduce feelings of shame.

-Connect with others experiencing similar challenges.

Learn to identify triggers for emotional eating, build new coping skills, reduce shame and negative feelings of self, and receive peer support.
