A little about me
I help teens and adults struggling with trauma from their past, find
healing and hope through a strong sense of self and learning to build
healthy relationships.
I believe everyone has the ability to create the life that they want through
healing the wounds from their past and working to become the best
version of themselves.
Helping those who have experienced trauma in their life .
My approach to the therapeutic process is a holistic approach with a
person centered focus, covering physical, spiritual, mental, emotional
and overall well-being. My goal is to created an environment that is full
of warmth, acceptance, care and growth allowing clients the time and
space to heal and grow by exploring their history and present life.
Helping clients understand how their past and present impact today and
prospering in the future in order to create fulfilling life.
I believe that growth and hope spring from authentic acceptance
and care within the counseling process. I value authenticity,
respect, inclusion and equality.
My approach to counseling is
authentic, empathetic and relational in nature.
I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology: Family Studies from Corban
University and am currently a student in the Masters of Counseling
Program at Corban University.
In my free time I spend time adventuring with my three boys and our
dog. We love the outdoors and indoors, enjoying paddle boarding, sand
boarding, swimming, playing games, watching movies and just being
together. We spend lots of time with our extended family and friends
and enjoy the richness of our relationships.
