A little about me
I help teens (16+) and adults who are struggling with anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, or have other mental health concerns related to chronic medical conditions. Through a space that encourages openness, kindness, and respect, we can work as a team to help you reach healing and growth.
Life can come with all sorts of twists and turns, hardships, and uncertainties that makes everything feel all too much. I am here to help you navigate what is happening in your world, as every individual holds their own, unique set of experiences. I believe progress and healing comes with resilience and bravery, and I aim to walk with you through every step.
If you are feeling stuck or unsure of how to move forward, I will meet you right where you are at. I deeply value collaboration, connection, and genuineness. Through principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy, my aim is to help you build awareness of who you are at your core, while guiding you to find and follow your passions. I have received my Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from George Fox University, and I am currently pursuing a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD). My experiences include therapy, suicide risk assessments, neuropsychological assessments, and work in primary care and crisis settings.
I love to do just about anything outside, including hiking, paddleboarding, camping, fishing, and hanging out at the coast. I love being around my friends and family, traveling, and going to sporting events.
