A little about me

I work with adults and young adults who feel anxious, overwhelmed, and tend to take on a great deal of stress.

I believe that everyday people can experience radical change. Sometimes we become so stuck in thoughts and feelings that they seem like immutable facts. It is often difficult to argue with the evidence we’ve stacked against ourselves. However, people have more influence over their perceptions than they give themselves credit for. I aim to help clients regain a sense of control by providing meaningful, strengths-based interventions. The floor is yours, and I am here to help.

My therapeutic approach is cognitive-behavioral, meaning I focus on the relationship between thoughts, behaviors, and emotions. I examine thought patterns and behavioral cycles contributing to distress, delivering practical and evidence-based solutions. I am currently working toward my Doctor of Psychology degree in Clinical Psychology at Pacific University. I have multiple areas of experience, including general therapy, manualized treatments for trauma, and neuropsychological assessments.

In my free time, I enjoy playing games with friends and watching scary movies. I love going to live shows, whether it is theatre or one of my favorite indie bands.
