A little about me

I have always been fascinated by peoples’ stories and how our unique set of experiences and physiology influence the choices we make in life. I find it extremely rewarding to help folks who are navigating challenging situations and changes in their lives and are uncertain about the path forward. I also believe that we each hold the key to our own solutions, but sometimes we need help in finding those answers. If you are struggling to move toward a life that feels rewarding and authentic, I will help you clarify the steps that will help you to move forward.

I have found that Psychodynamic theory resonates with me, particularly in parts work (such as Internal Family Systems / IFS) as well as Jungian concepts of dreamwork and archetypal psychology. I also find the values clarification and mindful practices in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to be very helpful.

I am a lifelong Pacific Northwesterner who has traveled through much of the US. I love all animals and nature, particularly any place near the water. I have two grown neurodivergent sons, and I live with my two cats.
