A little about me
I believe that everyone has the capacity to heal and transform their lives.
I enjoy working with adolescents and teens dealing with depression, anxiety, ADHD, eating disorders, and trauma.
I value building a trusting relationship by creating a safe space, respecting your pace, and honoring your unique story. Our lived experiences and identities influence how we interact with the world, and counseling provides an opportunity to uncover your strengths and resilience while exploring areas for growth and healing with a supportive ally by your side. I bring humor, creativity, and flexibility into our work together, fostering lasting change that empowers you to live a more fulfilling and authentic life.
I am currently a Master's level student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Pacific University, under the supervision of my university and Dr. Sanderson. My theoretical orientation is rooted in Behaviorism and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), informed by both personal and professional experiences.
In my free time, you can find me reading, crocheting, going on walks with my Goldendoodle, enjoying movie marathons, or experimenting in the kitchen with cooking and baking.
