What to Expect from Group:
 - Designed for adults who are seeking
    to practice self-compassion
 - Engage in mindfulness in a creative
    way
 - Meet virtually 
 - Part of group will be dedicated to
   writing/journaling/self-expression
 - Part of group will sharing with one
    another, discussing concepts, and
    providing encouragement and
    support.

This group will meet evenings from 630-8p.
Cost will be 40.00 per session.
